Requesting a price match

To request a price match, simply use the "Price Match Request" link on the page of the product you would like us to price match.  Please include the following.
1. The product you are requesting a price match on.
2. The competitors price.
3. A link to the website page showing the competitor price.
4. Your contact information.

Our price match qualifications are:

• Does not apply to auction style listings (non-buy-it-now-pricing) or discount overstock sites.
• Does not apply to special promotions and coupon offers, quantity discounts and membership programs.
• Applies only to new and in stock merchandise.
• The price match amount all costs to land the product at your residence, including shipping and handlings charges.  For example, if a competitor charges $100 for the product and $50 shipping, we will price match the total price of $150.00 including our shipping.
• Qualifying competitor must provide the same free services with purchase as Shield Tech Security, i.e free technical support by phone, free direct warranty service, etc.
