This device can trigger an alarm or send a notification when the temperature falls or rises below a preset temperature. Set both a LOW and HIGH temperature alarm with this one device. The preset low and high temperatures can be set between 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C). This can help prevent frozen or pipes breaking due to furnace failures or mildew and humidity damage when an air conditioners stops working.
