This wireless water sensor is used to detects unwanted water on your floorboards / floor. This sensor is triggered by a moisture bridge across the wire contacts. The G.R.I. Water Sensors can be installed to detect a layer of water as 1/16 or an inch in depth depending on how it's mounted. This sensor will detect any conductive non-flammable liquid ideal anywhere water damage could occur.

The sensor has a low battery indicator light that stays solid when the battery needs to be replaced.
